Caetano Veloso is a legend of Brazilian music and a major figure in 60s and 70s samba and tropicalia. Ever the innovator, after recording numerous MPB ("popular music of Brazil") albums through the 70s, 80s, and 90s, he ditched the traditional samba band and started recording with a bona fide rock band in the 2000s. Here he is at age 65 in 2007 performing the appropriately named Rocks from his LP, Cê, like he was hanging out with Os Mutantes again back in 1969.
