Most of those indicted have already been charged for their alleged involvement in the protests under other laws, including "domestic terrorism." This after charging the protesters' legal defense fund with money laundering, trying to dismiss a petition to get a referendum on this project on the ballot, and, oh yes, killing a protester in cold blood during a botched raid.
