P.S. I Love You
Fountain Lawn Stage, Bumbershoot. After Bostich + Fussible represented the south of the border, Ontario's P.S. I Love You represented the northern side of the border. Desire their sweet-sounding name, they played very loud and dissonant, distorted guitar rock, a sort of ectomorphic version of the endomorphic Deerhunter, without any of the latter's ambient passages. Bonus points: watching skateboarding teens scramble for earplugs.
