Well, it looks like the freezing rain and sleet came through just as predicted. My yard, my driveway and the road are one big sheet of ice, effectively trapping me here at the house. No worries, though, I've got coffee and food.

I'm chuckling ... I'm from Nebraska ... where 14 inches or more of snow keeps you at home and ice is on the windows almost every morning when you have to leave for work ... breaking bunches of scrapers and teaching you to run your car for awhile before trying to chip off ice. :)
Keeping coffee around is crucial no matter what kind of weather!!!
